After travelling the world for over 20 years I ended up in my grandparents old general store with my family. I converted their old warehouse to my artstudio.

June in MAZart Watercolor Club is all about color, movement and the delicate beauty of butterflies.

This month, we take inspiration from these graceful summer visitors and use them as a way to explore loose watercolor techniques, vibrant color combinations and expressive brushwork.

We’ll be painting butterflies through a series of studies, focusing on wing patterns, transparency, movement and the interplay of color and light.

Join me in guided exercises, you’ll learn how to create magic of butterflies in watercolor together.
